Our veterans and first responders deserve the best, without any question. Our medically-managed Intensive Outpatient Programs have been carefully developed to overcome the deeply embedded traumas that prevent you from living fully in your everyday life.

SITUATION REPORT

Mental health problems are experienced by a significant portion of the Veteran population. They affect Veterans, their partners and their families’ income, quality of life, and disability, including the increased risk of suicide. Coverage for mental health assessment and treatment services is subject to provincial/territorial health care plans and varies across the country.

VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS

We connect daily with veterans and first responders in order to continue dialogue around various mental wellness  opportunities and different modalities of rehabilitation and healing.

Our programs are based on evidence and data, but our approach is personal because we know it’s vital that people feel safe to be vulnerable during this process.

VETERANS

Our veterans deserve the best, without any question.  Much of our programming was designed with our veteran advisors for veterans.   Our cutting-edge IOP is based on personal experiences from veterans who have taken the first step towards healing in programs like these.  Our advisors will guide you through these novel therapies as they understand not only what you have been through, but also the daily struggles you may face.  We will work with you from initial consultation, through your treatment and beyond to ensure long term wellness and resiliency.

POLICE AND FIRST‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎RESPONDERS

In the past few years, there has been increased discussion around first responders and the mental health issues they face. First responders are repeatedly exposed to distressing situations, violence, trauma, and death. They also encounter daily workplace stressors such as heavy workloads, rotating shifts, and, occasionally, discrimination and bullying.  We have worked with many first responder organizations coast to coast to help manage the road to mental wellness.
